Don’t Go Alone (DGA) exists to walk alongside young adults, like you, who are transitioning out of foster care. We connect you with a trusted mentor or mentoring family — people who genuinely care and will stand by you as you create a stable, fulfilling future.
Our mission is to help you thrive — emotionally, socially, and practically — so you can pursue your dreams and make your mark on the world. We believe you deserve strong, healthy relationships and the freedom to choose them. That means you decide how and when to share your story, set your own goals, and choose the mentor who’s the best fit for you.

Click the “Join the DGA Mentorship Program” button along the bottom of the page. From there, complete the Self Referral Connection Request.

One of our Relationship Managers will contact you to share more about the program. If you are interested, we take time to get to know YOU! Your interests, your goals, your strengths/ challenges. We’re on your team!

We make a match! We match young adults with mentors based on compatibility in order to foster lasting relationships. Our number one goal is for that connection to last a lifetime!
