What we do.

We are dedicated to transforming the foster care experience by uniting families, communities, and support systems.

About our programs:

Through our programs, we provide vital resources and encouragement to foster youth and families. These include mentorship and guidance for aged-out foster youth as well as fellowship, support and community for foster families. Learn more about our programs below!

The Village: Support Foster, Adoptive & Kinship Families

The Village is dedicated to supporting, connecting, and equipping foster, adoptive, and kinship families as they live out their calling to care for vulnerable children in our communities.

Don't Go Alone: Mentorship for At Risk Young Adults

Aged-out foster youth and young adults with little to no support are highly likely to end up facing chronic poverty, homelessness or worse. Together, we can change that! Don’t Go Alone is a faith-based mentorship program dedicated to connecting young adults to families, who will walk with them in life and guide them to a successful future.

    Bridge Builders: Connecting the Community

Wild Oak Haven is dedicated to strengthening our community by supporting vulnerable children. We achieve this by empowering social workers, collaborating with local partners, and equipping churches with the knowledge and resources to make a meaningful impact.
